A new report from the Downtown Denver Partnership finds that Denver is uniquely positioned to succeed in a post-COVID world, with strong foot traffic, growing entertainment and tourism activity, and a downtown increasingly driven by visitors rather than office workers. Researchers say the city is shifting from a "work city" to a "playground city" as it continues to reinvent itself.
