United Airlines pilot, 61, from Colorado appears in Scottish court accused of failing breath test and forcing Glasgow to Newark flight to be cancelled

Glendon Gulliver, 61, of Colorado, was charged under the Railways and Transport Safety Act but made no plea at Paisley Sheriff Court, in Scotland.
